This dog-friendly barn conversion is the perfect place to relax with family and friends, offering a wood burner, en-suite bedrooms and a hot tub.

Nestled deep within the Welsh countryside, this stunning barn conversion awaits you and your family. Exquisitely finished to a high standard, it boasts an abundance of space, three en-suite bedrooms and a hot tub to dive into at the end of the day. With far-reaching rural views in all directions, long walks in the countryside, pub lunches and cosy evenings in front of the roaring fire are a must. And, come the night, the clear skies provide ample opportunity for stargazing from the hot tub.

Vaulted ceilings and neutral tones add to the sense of light and space in this property, whilst high-end fixtures and fittings add style and class. You enter into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which has plenty of space for everyone to chill out whether you’re cooking, dining or sinking into the sofas in front of the fire. At either end of this living space, small staircases lead up to the beautifully presented bedrooms and their en-suites, one of which is a bathroom. Outside, a patio and terrace to the rear offer a perfect spot for al fresco dining against the picturesque backdrop. This is also where you’ll find the hot tub. There is an additional patio to the front overlooking the farmyard.

Despite its remote location, you’re still within 4 miles of the market town of Llandysul (twinned with Pont-Tyweli across the river), which has a range of shops and eateries, including local crafts and delicacies. Situated in the heart of the Teifi valley, you can enjoy fishing and water sports in addition to long country walks. Further afield, there are lots of sandy beaches and secluded coves along the Welsh coast, including the northern end of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park.

Cottage exceeded our expectations in every respect. Set in a beautiful part of Wales with the most places including the coast/beaches only 20-30 minutes away. Obviously a lot of care and attention has gone into the restoration of the cottage and it really shows through. Would not hesitate to recommend it.

Beautifully renovated barn with most amenities available. Ship is a couple of miles away but does stock everything you need if you forget anything at home. The mattresses are really comfortable and everything is modern decorated. The woodland tail is nice and quite long so you do get a good walk done. Everything is quite straight forward to use tooRead more. The barn is airy and bright and great place to stay in. The hot tub is really relaxing and its great to have a bbq and seating area to chill In. Hide
