Gaze out across beautiful Bae Ceredigion looking for dolphins and porpoises from this exceptional holiday home at Tresaith in Mid Wales. Sleeping four guests, the two-bedroom property sits in a spectacular position, beside the beach and looking out towards the sea. Ideal for those who love swimming and water sports, the house is also well-positioned for coastal walks and visiting Aberporth, Cardigan and New Quay.
Open the front door to this modern retreat and walk from the hall through to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Settle in here in front of the Smart TV, light the wood burner on chilly evenings and lose yourselves in the magnificent views. Open the doors to the balcony during the summer months. Set the table for lively holiday meals together: the adjoining kitchen has everything you need to whip up a range of delicious dishes with the local Welsh produce you have shopped for close by. Also downstairs is a WC, while the family bathroom is on the first floor. A super-king-size bedroom with sea views, and a twin room are also at this level. Soak up the sea air on the glass-balustraded balcony and dine out here whenever the weather is warm enough. There is also an outside bench where you can sit and look out over the beach. There is parking for one car at the property.
Pick up the Ceredigion Coast Path from Tresaith and walk 1 mile to Aberporth or 1.5 miles to Penbryn, with its attractive, National Trust-owned beach. Have a day out to Ceredigion (Cardigan), 7.5 miles away, to see the castle, walk beside the river and potter in the shops. New Quay, 12 miles away, is also a lovely place to visit. Overlooking Bae Ceredigion, it has a picturesque harbour where bottlenose dolphins can often be seen.
