A spacious single-storey property enjoying stunning mountain and sea views around 12.5 miles from Aberdovey, one of many gorgeous seaside towns on the edge of Snowdonia National Park. The dog-friendly property features a spacious kitchen/diner, a games room and a large garden. It is a convenient base for a large family or group of friends seeking easy access to the coast and the countryside.

The property is located just off a coastal road that runs between Arthog and Tywyn. It is finished to a high standard, with fresh and contemporary soft furnishings arranged throughout light, spacious rooms with hard flooring. There are coastal views from almost every window, a real treat, especially when the skies are clear. The lounge and the neighbouring sunroom are great places to unwind or grab some quiet time, while the spacious kitchen/diner will be a hub of activity during hearty meals created using ingredients from the on-site farm shop. The games room is ideal for youngsters keen to blow off some steam, and a handy utility room stands nearby, perfect for those who have a habit of bringing the outside in. The property’s four bedrooms - an en-suite king-size, two doubles and a quad with four singles inside - all promise a restful night’s sleep and have access to a stylish family bathroom. The lawn and patio in the garden are perfect for BBQ suppers, dog-friendly children’s games or just admiring the wonderful scenery. A footpath leading from the garden takes guests directly to the beach.

Llwyngwril village (500 metres) is perfectly suited for collecting essentials, while a walk on the beach is closer still. Barmouth and Aberdovey (within 15 miles) are two thriving seaside towns that welcome guests on two and four paws. Snowdonia Park is brimming with natural attractions, with Dolgoch waterfalls and Ynys Hir Nature Reserve (within 12 miles) surrounded by some impressive peaks.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your lovely property , in fact we all wished we had booked to stay longer we didnt want the holiday break to end , even my 2 year old little grandson said no when we told him we were going home. The cottage was so well equipped with everything we would need . Beautiful cosy cottage. Stunning views. Wish it had stopped raining when we visited so we could have explored more :). Amazing host/owner. Couldnt do enough for us. Would highly recommend.

An excellent location and a very attentive and helpful host. We had 4 children in our group who thoroughly enjoyed the stay, particularly the hot tub. The coffee and farm shops on site were very useful. We have no hesitation in recommending this place and hope to visit again.
