"The walking and hiking around the area are just superb, I used to come quite often about 20 years ago and had forgotten how good it was. The cottage location is perfect for that, as there are long and short walks with no need for a car and minimal road use directly from the door, as well as many even better options within an hour by car.....we know how much effort goes in to keeping a decent cottage decent, and we were both very happy with the service and the standard - very relaxed, very efficient, just spot on."

"We have loved our stay. For the local attractions, but also for the immediate surroundings: the children have had a magical time, playing in the woods."
Ben & Family
"A fantastic, cosy cottage in a beautiful location. We have enjoyed some of the best walking ever - and straight from the front door."
The Grey Family
"We always love coming back to this area - great restaurants, stunning scenery and lots to do. But this time, we found this sweet, peaceful hideaway - and what a find! Thank you - we"ll be back next year for another romantic break."
Giles & Suzi
"What a lovely place to come for frazzled city-dwellers like us: to get lost in the countryside, to find our way back and light the wood burner after wet walks in the woods or superb treks up the hill with unforgettable views."
The Bensons

A fantastic stone cottage with real heart - the log burner was roaring when we arrived and there was a homemade cake and local farm pear juice waiting for us - the perfect getaway! This place is perfect for walking up the Sugar Loaf and the Welsh hills without using your car. We loved it!
