Great Campston
Great Campston is an extraordinarily beautiful country house, which invites you to experience a time of exclusive, indulgent plenty.
Set in acres of spectacular Monmouthshire countryside, the grounds offer heaps of space, with stunning views across the Black Mountain range and Skirrid Fawr, the Holy Mountain.
Pass through the grand entrance, to find exquisite paneled rooms with open fires, brimming with beautiful furniture, making it perfect for fine dining and relaxing in front of the lovely fireplace.
Venture further in to one of the best kitchens we've come across; huge, handmade, with heaps of gadgets for the most demanding of cooks...naturally with a four oven Aga to complement it all.
Leading on to a lovely breakfast room with open fireplace for more informal meals and then through to a huge playroom, with table tennis, lazy day sofas and a large television and dvd player, perfect for children of all ages. There is a tennis court too, for the more energetic. There is also a really decent boot room, with washing machine, dryer and drying racks too.
Sweep up the elegant, handmade staircase, enjoying the bespoke wall covering and artwork as you go, to find six individually styled bedrooms. From four poster beds to exquisite en-suites, the very best of mattresses and towels in all. Soak up the view from the bath tubs, or enjoy the indulgence of the power shower.
You can feel the passion and pride that has gone into restoring this beautiful house and will be left wondering if you can ever book enough nights to enjoy it.
A range of exclusive wedding and party venue packages are available for this property, please either call us, or email, hello@sugarandloaf.com for more information.
