Set in the owners’ grounds along with another property, where privacy is assured. Enjoy creature comforts in this beautiful barn conversion with its wooden floors, travertine floor tiles, high ceilings, exposed beams, interesting artwork and thoughtful little extras for a most enjoyable stay. The door opens into the kitchen/diner with underfloor heating, iPod dock, granite work surfaces and all the equipment you need to rustle up a meal including an electric oven and hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. The dining table takes centre stage to gather round, plan your activities and enjoy a meal together. After dinner take time to relax in the comfortable lounge with sofas, TV, and wood burner, leading through to the sun room with sofas, small desk and patio doors on to the decked terrace. Let the outside in and open the doors to listen to birdsong and embrace the fabulous mountain views. Relax and unwind with friends and family before retiring upstairs to the first floor, with a choice of two bedrooms deigned for a good night’s sleep. There is a lovely twin bedroom or the king-size bedroom with TV and en-suite shower room and WC, both have lovely views to wake up to. The bathroom, perfect to take a leisurely bath and enjoy the views, with freestanding bath and WC completes the accommodation. The property also benefits from a heat recovery system.

Outside, enjoy the sound of the trickling stream, wildlife and wonderful views from sunrise to sunset from the private hot tub or from your enclosed decked terrace with table and chairs, to enjoy sunsets and valley views of Carneddau and Snowdonia. There is also an enclosed rear rockface garden ideal for children and dogs. Enjoy a number of walks through the grounds or join the footpaths to explore further afield. There is also bike and canoe storage available and private parking for five cars. There is an electric vehicle charge point available for guests at an additional cost to be arranged directly with the owner (Type 2, 7kW, tethered). There is additional accommodation for 7 available in the neighbouring property, 'Red Kites Retreat' should this be needed.

We had the most wonderful stay at Buzzards View. The location and vews from the property is stunning! It is so peaceful with thr sound of the stream and the view of thr rolling hills. The house itself was perfect with a luxurious feel to it yet unique with the high beams in the Room And had more than enough space for the four of us and our fur babyRead more. We loved our stay at Buzzards View and will certainly be back again. The furniture and all equipment was of high quality and the home is lovely decorated throughout. Location and views are stunning. The cottage is hard to find when you first arrive but once you know where it is its fine. Lucy the owner was very welcoming.

A lovely cottage with a fine view. The best view was from the main bedroom. The views from the ground floor shown on the website could not be had fully due to the trees having grown. A wonderful stay at Buzzards View. The cottage is spacious, comfortable and well equipped and perfectly situated for access to the coast and snowdonia national park with all this had to offer. The views are incredible and the hot tub is a great bonus especially after a long day walking or biking. Its remote location makes for a peaceful holiday. Beautiful cottage off the beaten track, with elevated and gorgeous views over to the Conwy valley and Snowdonia beyond. Warm, cosy yet spacious. Very practical for the dog with hard floors. Loved the hot tub with a view!

Beautiful cottage in lovely rural setting. Comfortable surroundings will everything you need and great hottub. The owner even went and bought new curtains for the kids room as it was so bright at night my boys struggled to sleep and it was very much appreciated! Completely off the beaten track with views to die for, just don't expect any WiFi. WiFiRead more is browsing only (not streaming) and it only worked for 2 days whilst we were there. Great cottage but very remote. The hot tub and views were priceless. Take the advice of owner and dont use your sat nav to get to this cottage as you wont .

Had a fantastic week at buzzards view and what a view superb. The cottage had every thing we needed and was very clean and tidy on arrival. The hot tub was a great bonus after a hard days walking. We will defiantly be back thank you Lucy for making us feel so welcome Justin and roz x

It was a beautiful stay. Lucy the owner couldnt have been more helpful in all aspects. The property was beautiful, clean, didnt really need to bring anything as everything in cottage. Lucy even text us when going up-to Snowdon the weather Warning etc. really lovely stay would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Buzzards view. The cottage is in a beautiful location and we went for some lovely walks straight from the cottage with the dog and kids. (We didnt move the car for the three days!) We also thoroughly enjoyed star gazing from the hot tub. A lovey, relaxing break.

Beautiful clean well equipped cottage in a great location, this cottage was everything we wanted and more and the hot tub was a lovely treat on returning from a days walking, lots to do around the area of the cottage. We would certainly have no questions over returning.

The cottage is at the top of a hill with stunning views across the valley. Sitting in the hot tub with a glass of wine watching the sun go down, what more do you need. The local village pub was excellent and the food is really nice, all staff and locals made you feel really welcome. Would recommend booking a table on pizza night very busy. After following the owners excellent directions we arrived to see stunning views. The track up to the cottage is steep and narrow but manageable with care. And without the climb theyd be no views so worth it in our opinion. Beautiful cottage, warm, comfortable and very well equipped. We enjoyed the isolation of the cottage. Great to get away from it all. Also found it a good base from which to explore. Cottage is spacious, well equipped, has great bathroom and shower room. We loved the hot tub, no light pollution from here.
