This three storey holiday property offers a spacious layout to make the most of the stunning views and offers a great base for a family reunion or a get away with friends and take a dip in the hot tub.

With so much space in which to spread out, young and old – and even a couple of dogs – are welcome in this well-equipped property. Enjoy a family reunion or a special celebration in the peaceful Mid-Wales countryside.

Set over three storeys, this detached house is perfect for larger groups, with plenty of room in which to socialise or enjoy peace and quiet. Its unusual layout starts with the ground-floor lounge, where there’s plenty of comfy seating in which to cuddle up in front of the TV and electric stove. On the same level you’ll also find the first of the six bedrooms – a double with two extra single beds and an en-suite shower room. On the first floor you’ll find the generously sized kitchen, connected via an archway to the dining room, where there’s also a TV, chairs and a wood burner. Also on this floor are a utility room, separate WC, bathroom and three bedrooms – a double and a twin, each with en-suite shower rooms, and a further twin. The final two bedrooms, a double and a twin, are on the top floor, sharing a shower room. The garden is accessed from the first floor of the house, and here you can grill on the charcoal BBQ and enjoy an al fresco meal, or hop into the hot tub and soak in the bubbles while appreciating the mesmerising views.

Enjoy hikes from the front door of the house or join the long-distance trails of Glyndwr's Way, Cistercian Way or Offa's Dyke. You can be in the charming Victorian spa town of LLandrindod Wells in 12.5 miles, where you’ll find a variety of shops and range of eateries, from pub grub to fine dining. Alternatively, historic Newtown, the largest town in Powys, is just 13 miles.

Everything was fine.very clean and comfortable.Mr Watson was very kind and friendly. The only disappointing point was the broken hot tub.we were there for 2 nights and 3 days but we couldn't use it.Mr Watson tried to fix it and also send someone to fix it but at the end couldn't sort it out.We could pay less money to get somewhere without hot tub buRead moret still I recommended it to my friends if they make sure of everything is fine before going. Lovely stay for a girls weekend away. Super spacious for 13 of us, plenty of parking space, very comfy beds, lovely hot showers. Gorgeous location surrounded by hills - really recommend Fronserth Alpaca farm for a wholesome activity! We would definitely recommend this to other friends.

Great weekend, great sized property, good value for money. Main disappointment was hottub wasn't working when we visited. The bathrooms appear to have been recently renovated but the kitchen was a little dated/tired but a great size and well equipped. Large rooms through out, we comfortably cooked and dined for our party of 18. We didn't use the BBRead moreQ but it would not have been sufficient to cook for more than 2 people and the patio area was quite small. Hide

A very pleasurable stay, comfortable with lots of room. Situated in the hills near Llandrindod the views from the first floor bedroom were beautiful and watching the sunrise made it a better view. The area was easily accessible 12 miles to the nearest town in both directions (20min) a small local shop 1.5 miles to the left as you leave the entranceRead more on the main road. Tranquil and quiet my family enjoyed the space as we werent on top of each other. Highly recommend and would love to return. Hide

Very good value for money. Water pressure was a bit low and hence the showers in the upper flows were working intermittently.
