Peacefully tucked into the hillside with far reaching views across the countryside, this wooden shepherd hut with private hot tub is simply perfect for couples wanting to escape everyday life.

Book a stay in this enticing, shepherd’s hut-style holiday home in Hereford and find yourselves in a great position for discovering the Wye Valley and heading over the border into Wales and the Brecon Beacons. This romantic retreat for two, which also welcomes a pair of delighted dogs, nestles on a working farm of 200 acres, with a number of picturesque walking and cycling routes right from the door. Explore the area and happen across all sorts of beauty spots. Return home to relax in comfort, take in the verdant vistas and soak in your private hot tub as the sun sets.

Make your way into this gorgeous hut to discover a stylish, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner/bedroom. Light the wood burner in here on chilly evenings then relax with your book or find something to watch together on the TV. Prepare meals in the charming kitchen area then dine together at the breakfast bar or outside in your private garden. Tuck into the double bed after your day of adventures and find your shower room, with WC, is inside as well. Enjoy outdoor living as much as possible; cook on the BBQ; unwind in the hot tub and gaze out over your magical surroundings. Find parking for two cars and space to store cycles at the holiday home.

Lace up your boots, pack some supplies and walk approximately 3 miles to reach the edge of the Wye Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Here you will find a myriad of magical woodland walks. Drive 21 miles to spend time in Abergavenny, celebrated for its local Brecon Beacons produce, and to browse in the shops. Ross-on-Wye, 9.5 miles away, and Hereford, 5 miles away, could also be ideal for a day trip, if you can tear yourselves away from your picture-postcard, natural surroundings.
