You’ll also discover a fantastic selection of independent boutiques and eateries. For iconic Wye Valley views, you must take a walk at Symonds Yat Rock (7 miles). The ancient hill fort has truly breathtaking views and there are several waymarked trails linking to the River Wye. It’s also a great place for bird spotting, with peregrine falcons often seen soaring overhead.
