The cottage location is idyllic. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the Argo blissful, my life ambition is now to have one! However, the other does make the main bedroom very warm. Having had two toes amputated, I did find some of the steps and the staircase difficult to negotiate at times, but eventually did find a way of navigating them. What a gorgeous place to relax. The cottage is lovely and the setting is picture perfect. We visited some great local attractions before returning each evening for cosy evenings in front of the fire. It feels very remote (which is its charm) while being only a few miles from Bridgnorth. We hope to return soon!

We absolutely loved The Hollybush. It's location was remote which we wanted, it has lots of character and charm, was well appointed and we had a fabulous week discovering Shropshire. Bridgnorth is very close and great for eateries and shopping. So much to see and do, we will def be back to the area and the house. One word of warning, the internet iRead moresn't great being in such a remote spot so things like Netflix were a no go. If you have a portable DVD player, take it with you! Hide

We really enjoyed our stay. Excellent location that is really tranquil. The enclosed garden was perfect for our pooch. It was wonderful having the AGA warm and ready to use at all times with our meals slowly cooking throughout the day. A great,peaceful location. Loved using my Merlin app to identify birds singing around the cottage day and night. Great to see the sheep grazing outside the windows.

Wonderful secluded location, and a well equipped cottage. We had a wonderful week exploring the area, our dogs loved the garden, we enjoyed using the board games and cooking on the Aga was a treat!

Cottage location is fantastic, being secluded and peaceful, with an excellent dog proofed garden. We were fortunate enough to see a stag and deer during our stay, and it proved to be a great base to explore lovely Shropshire easily.

This is a lovely cottage in a fantastic location. We really enjoyed how secluded it was and how private it felt. The large, secure garden was a real pleasure and one that we and our dog really enjoyed! The house was warm and welcoming, with a decent-sized separate dining room and a cosy lounge. We greatly enjoyed cooking with the Aga, which served the added role of warming the kitchen and main bedroom above it. Care should be taken by people moving into the dining area or upstairs bathroom, however, as the step down is greater than expected, and Read moremight catch some off guard. A truly relaxing stay. Beautiful setting, comfy, cosy and perfect for a complete get away with a dog. Great location too for exploring, but equally you could stay there. Just loved it and will be back.

This is a wonderfully located property, positioned a good quarter of a mile from the main road, set at the bottom of a large field with a wood behind it. Not only can you hear nothing but the birds, you can't see any other property either. Perfectly tranquil and yet you're not too far from civilisation. Theres loads to do, place to visit, country wRead morealks to enjoy, too much to list here. Absolutely stunning location! The cottage itself was spotless. The owner supplied everything needed to make it an amazing stay! My two dog's absolutely loved it the children were blown away. We even did a spot of deer watching aswell as daily strolls in the lamb fields. Evening walks were amazing. This place is everything and more couldn't of stayeRead mored anywhere better we loved it. A beautiful and peaceful location. We saw deer and bats in the evenings. The cottage is well placed for walking and sightseeing as well as relaxing in the garden.

We really enjoyed our stay. Such a lovely spot. Nice and quiet. Taxi's were a bit difficult to book as they were quite busy but only 11 each way so fairly cheap once we had found some and it's only 5mins ish into Bridgenorth which had some good pubs and the locals were really welcoming.

We liked being off the beaten track and soon got used to the stony 'road' to the property We filmed a deer feeding in the back garden, the many pheasants and we saw a hare that was too quick to take his photo. We made visits to the RAF museum at Cosford, the Ironbridge museums, the steam train to Kidderminster, and a couple of National Trust properRead moreties to make a most fulfilling and worthwhile week to remember.
