Beautiful, four-bedroom, family holiday home enjoying views over New Quay, the harbour and out to Cardigan Bay.

Nestled in the picturesque town of New Quay on the coast of West Wales, you and your loved ones can relax in style and comfort in this stunning, double-fronted period property. Occupying an elevated position above the town, it affords breathtaking sea views across Cardigan Bay, allowing your stresses and worries to dissipate into thin air. Spacious throughout and sleeping eight people across four bedrooms, this is the perfect place for a special reunion or celebration. Spend your days immersed in the natural beauty of the area, and your evenings in one of the many local eateries tucking into a delicious meal together.

Combining bold colours, eclectic furniture and original features, this property is bursting with warmth and character. Discard your outdoor gear in the hallway before heading into the delightful lounge where you can soak up the views. Otherwise, you could head into the spacious, well-equipped kitchen (complete with AGA), and cook up a feast to be served in the grand dining room, complete with extra sofas and a wood burner. Upstairs, there are four bright and airy bedrooms with large windows framing the view. A bathroom and two shower rooms complete the accommodation. Outside, a small courtyard garden provides the opportunity to enjoy the fresh sea air.

While away the hours on one of New Quay’s beaches with a good book or your bucket and spade. Or on inclement days, take to the many footpaths in the area and enjoy a blustery walk along the coastline before diving into a café for a mug of warming hot chocolate. Venturing further afield, Aberaeron (7.5 miles) has independent shops and eateries to discover, as does the university town of Aberystwyth (23.5 miles), which also has its own cliff railway.

Spacious yet cosy, welcoming property. Plenty of seating in both sitting rooms. Within easy walking distance of shops & pubs. Fantastic views. Ample parking. Beautiful log fire. Minor negatives - only 1 TV in house, would have liked an extra one as weather was rainy while we were there & it would have been easier to entertain different people with Read morethe extra TV. Garden not accessible to everyone, especially in winter, very steep steps. Overall a very positive stay Hide

Lovely house. Amazing location. With a few small tweaks from the owner this could be a five star property.

This is a great house for large families or groups, at no time did we feel short of space. The sea views are amazing. The house has everything you need on a large scale!! It was lovely to park the car and stroll around Newquay and easy access to the beach. There is adequate parking for 2 cars outside the house.

Lovely comfortable, spacious house in a fabulous location, with incredible views. We were 6 adults, and there was plenty of space. Mostly very well equipped.

This is a wonderful house with breathtaking views, including dolphin spotting first thing every morning. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. To note the only oven is an aga, so can be warm in summer. Lovely Hide

My family had a wonderful holiday at Claremont, the view from the house is the best Ive seen staying away, is breathtaking. The location is fantastic, a quick walk into town and to the beach. The facilities in the house were great, and we found the house to be very comfortable - didnt want to leave! Overall a fantastic stay.

This is a incredible property, in an enviable location where you can enjoy the stunning views of Newquay Harbour from most rooms. We were fortunate to spot the resident dolphins a number of times. A beautiful big house, there was nothing we needed while we were there, the bedrooms are large and comfortable, the living room and kitchen were large and plenty of room for the eight of us. The downstairs bathroom was really useful after the beach. I was expecting to have to buy loo rolls and dishwasher tables but they were supplied so we left ourRead mores for the next guests.
