A beautiful property set in a lovely location,very clean and with all you need to enjoy a break. It is well situated as a base to explore lots of surrounding places with a Londis,Subway,Greggs and Costa Coffee just of the Island should you need supplies. Good Fishing on the private pool mainly carp and the Chickens and other birds are nice to see wRead moreith fresh eggs available. Wonderful hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Spotlessly clean. Great base to explore the surrounding areas. Fishing on site, well looked after pond. Not far from home for us so will definitely return.

What a lovely clean comfortable flat in a beautiful location. The fishing was good enhanced by watching the families of ducks and moorhens. The owners Jenny and Ieuan were so kind and welcoming, and the boys Tom and Owen are happy to sell you eggs from the chickens they care for. What a pleasure it has been to stay here. Thank you

Lovely, self contained cottage next door to friendly hosts. Well equipped and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Hosts were welcoming and on hand if we needed anything. It is slightly rural location, so a car is recommended; with a car it's a good base for easy access to Chester and Wales.

The cottage is perfect, a very nice size and lovely with views. A lovely upper decking area would be lovely so sit out on a nice summers evening The owners were very nice and gave some good recommendations of the area. Excellent quiet and easily accessed property, superbly kept and everything we needed to enjoy seven days in North Wales. Ideally situated so we could see family and friends and vey close to A55 to access nearby tourist spots. Loved the fishing thank you all and to the boys for the fresh eggs. The cottage is tastefully decorated and furnished. It was spotlessly clean.. Well situated for exploring the area.The fishing was better than some commercial waters I have been on. Jenny and Iuean are very friendly and helpful. Dont forget to order your free range eggs from the boys.

Great location for visiting North Wales and Chester. Great local amenities - shops and restaurants nearby. A picturesque setting even in January. The cottage had everything needed for a very comfortable stay.
