Sleeping two guests, the one-bedroom yurt near Bow Street is 3.5 miles from Aberystwyth and 4 miles from the beach at Morfa Borth.

Savour the serenity and the privacy of your yurt, which nestles in picturesque grounds where the owner lives and where there is a small campsite and another holiday retreat. Tear yourselves away from the views to enter your unique abode, which has been carefully and cleverly furnished with your comfort in mind. Powered by solar, it has underfloor heating to keep you toasty and warm, as well as a sofa to relax on and ta able to eat at. The bed here is a super-king-size to ensure you have a perfect night’s sleep. Wander 20 metres from the yurt to a private kitchen/diner, where you can prepare tasty meals with your own ingredients. There is also a private shower room here where you can refresh yourselves before and after your adventures. Gaze out towards the mountains from your private patio. Relax in the hot tub and sit out under the stars long into the night. The yurt comes with parking for one car.

Pick up the Wales Coast Path 2.5 miles away at Clarach Bay. Follow it in either direction for sweeping views out to sea. Head into Aberystwyth to browse in the shops, dine out and take the cliff railway. Venture 15 miles to the edge of Snowdonia for a day out in the national park. Spend an afternoon at the Museum of Modern Art in Machynlleth, 14 miles from the yurt.
