HISTORIC COUNTRY HOUSE IN THE HEART OF THE BRECON BEACONS NATIONAL PARK

Historic character and perfect detailing in this beautiful restored Welsh manor house set within 120 acres of private estate, a dream stay with families and friends. Immerse yourself in gorgeous countryside, play a match or two on the tennis court, laze an afternoon on the terrace and relax away the evenings by the open fire. You're in the middle of the Brecon Beacons after all, dramatic dark skies, spectacular walks to discover, delicious local food and festivals for when you venture beyond the private parkland.

Miles of gentle strolls and family-friendly cycle rides along the Brecon & Monmouth Canal, or for more of a challenge try the twin peaks of PenyFan and Corn Ddu in easy reach. The River Usk is the finest river in Wales for brown trout.  Splash around on the River Wye, with canoe hire readily available in Glasbury.  An exceptional country house, well located between our favourite four Welsh towns of Hay-on-Wye, Brecon, Crickhowell and Abergavenny.

This was a perfect holiday retreat for us - three generations of a family. We loved the amount of space that allowed us to spread out into smaller groups, but also all come together for family meals, etc. Excellent support from the key-holder.
