Lovely, clean, fully equipped, five-star large farmhouse. Lots of big comfy beds, hot tub was super fun. Location was gorgeous. Absolutely amazing.

All I can say is fabulous - a beautiful house in a stunning location . We travelled as a party of 10 and there was plenty of room for everyone. Lovely size bedrooms and so much kitchen & living space. Huge hot tub which was cleaned every day. We were greeted on arrival by Sarah who had also provided a beautiful welcome hamper. Me and my friends came here for a yearly reunion and we loved it from start to finish! Perfect rural location with stunning views. Every little detail of the cottage was just perfect. We all had so much fun and will be recommending it to everyone. The owners were so friendly and helpful too and replied quick if we needed them! Would 100% return.

Just got back from an amazing week at Angel Rocks farmhouse, this gorgeous farmhouse feels as though it's in the middle of nowhere but within a couple of miles you will find a pub and Builth Wells itself is only about 15 mins drive. The farmhouse has absolutely everything you need and the super kingsize beds are soooo comfortable! We had an absolutely amazing week, wonderful farmhouse with everything needed for the perfect family holiday. Ideal location for dog walks, family meals, games and a great hot tub. The view was our highlight.

Everything was absolutely amazing. The house had everything we could have needed and Dave was very helpful, with advice and keeping the hot tub clean and ready for use. Andrew and Sarah were the perfect hosts and we couldn't have wished for anything better. Would definitely recommend to others as Nd plan on returning in the near future.

A very well equipped, comfortable home surrounded by lush countryside. Everything worked as expected, very quiet so slept well on the comfy beds and relaxed in the enormous hot tub. A long way from any civilisation so the perfect spot to get away from it all if that is what you're after.

Angel Rocks is a beautiful house, comfortable and well equipped in a stunning location. Wonderful views from the hot tub and plenty of room for bbq and for children to run around. Our family loves this place. It is so snug even in a howling gale, and the views across the valley to the hills are just wonderful, especially from the hot tub in a snowstorm! At Easter the fields are full of lambs and the banks with primroses. It is incredibly comfortable, and the owners Sarah and Andy are lovely.

This farmhouse was a dream to stay in. Comfortable and clean. All the amenities you would need. Very warm for our March stay, only really put the fire on for the cosy feels as underfloor heating kept it warm enough. Owners were very friendly and had no problem finding me and guiding me to the house when Apple app couldn't find it (use google maps iRead morenstead), they also put the fire on ready for our arrival which was a great touch. Hot tub was great too! Views are breathtaking. Perfect for a retreat! Hide

We had a lovely stay. A very warm and attentive welcome with a generous welcome basket and washing minis. The house was spotless with great range of cookware and glassware. The cleanest hot tub we've ever had and appreciated the daily cleans from the tub man! Underfloor heating was lovely, but do bring slippers/grippy socks for little ones. We loved our stay at AngelRocks with all our family together before Christmas. It was like being in the Alps with the snow settled on the hills and relaxing in the hot tub. Sarah & Andrew were both very accomodating. All the bedrooms were tastefully decorated and very comfortable beds. Beautiful kitchen with an island and all the comforts of home.

The cottage is to a very high standard , there isnt anything that can be improved upon , its the best place we have ever stayed in 8 years of going away , Andrew & Sarah are perfect hosts & have thought of everything, the beds are so comfy & beautiful furnishings , very high spec , will definitely be going back

Angelrocks is a perfect house for a large family. 5 comfortable bedrooms and a lovely living space. The facilities are perfect and easy to use. It's well equiped with everything you need. The outdoor area is great for playing games and the walks around stunning. Fantastic week at Angelrocks - what a location, the views were amazing, and the cottage had everything and more! We even used the slow cooker! Hot tub with views was a bonus and walks right from the door - all in all fab holiday and lovely owners!
