Soak in the hot tub, play pool in the games room and explore the North Wales coast from this bright, welcoming holiday home in Llandrillo yn Rhos, also known as Rhos-on-Sea. Sleeping ten guests, the handsome, seven-bedroom villa is 500 metres from the seafront and 0.5 miles from the beach. With an enclosed garden and wood burner, it is fabulous at any time of year.

Step inside to find accommodation where you and your family and friends can relax and enjoy your break together. Make your way into the lounge to light the wood burner and settle down in front of a good film on the Smart TV. Some members of your group might like to go through to the games room instead to play pool or watch another Smart TV. Towards the back of the house is the lounge/kitchen/diner, where there’s ample space to prepare delicious meals and then for everyone to gather around the table. Comfortable seating is arranged two steps down in a lounge area with doors to the garden. Also downstairs is a double bedroom, family shower room and WC. Climb the stairs up to the first floor to find two king-size bedrooms, both with Smart TVs, two twins and two singles, one with an en-suite shower room. There is also a family bathroom. Step out into the garden on summer days to bask in the sunshine, light the BBQ and enjoy the warmth of the hot tub. There is parking for four cars.

For a change of scene, venture 1 mile from the house down to the main beach at Colwyn Bay or 4 miles into Llandudno, with its North and West Shore beaches. While you are here, walk along the promenade, visit the pier and take a cable car up the Great Orme.

There were 5 adults and 3 children celebrating Granddads 80th birthday. The house was spacious and ideal for a large family. The hot tub was a great success and the games room with pool table was enjoyed immensely by the whole family. Location wise was excellent only 5 minutes walk from the beach. Lovely home. Beautiful king size bedrooms . The en-suite single is not actually en-suite but the shower room is next to it. The other single and the downstairs bedrooms are basic but functional. There was ten of us so a house with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was ideal for us, and a hot tub perfect. Near to the beach for a walk. Owner left little care gifts like a basket of biscuits, tea bags, milk and coffee.

The cottage was much better than we expected and the pictures really do not do it justice, all guests commented on the size and cleanliness of the property and were incredibly happy with our stay. The only thing I would comment on is that we would have liked to have a later time to be able to use the hot tub as 9pm was too early. Brilliant location with plenty of room for a family group of ten (3 couples, 3 young children plus a baby) - other than the downstairs bedroom and shower room being very tight! Situation is a very pleasant residential area, close to the seafront and just a ten minute walk from the main cafes and shops at the other end of the village. Hot tub was a Read morereal hit. The house was lovely, felt homely, spacious & comfortable for 8 adults. Location was perfect. We loved the walk into Rhos on Sea & Colywn Bay. We were made up that there were plenty of crockery, cutlery & glasses etc and that there was a dishwasher. The lounge areas & pool room were excellent. As was the jacuzzi. Oven was clean, as was bbq. Absolutely gorgeous house, every amenity needed, comfortable beds and rooms, lovely and clean. Perfect location, but a hill to the beach for anyone with mobility issues. Very central for coastal resorts, Snowdonia and even not too far from Cheshire Oaks if outlet shopping is your thing. Highly recommended by all our family

Fantastic location for exploring North Wales, within walking distance to local shops and the sea front whilst being situated in a quiet residential area. Beautiful Victorian house with some original features. Perfect for a large family group. The pool table was a real hit for us and of course the hot tub! Great location , just a 5 minute walk to the sandy beach and 10 minutes from the town. House is gorgeous, beach is just at the end of the road, a few minutes walk. Nearest train station is Colwyn Bay. Only slight downfall is if you want to go into Llandudno on a weekend, we couldn't get a taxi at all, did manage to get the number 12 bus, it's expensive, but they are regular. Other than that, we would definitely stay again.
