Within easy reach of Aberdyfi and Cardigan Bay, this extensive country house has been lovingly updated while retaining traditional features including exposed beams, sweeping staircases, chandeliers, antique furniture and a crackling wood burner.

This stunning manor house features a striking reception hall with a beautiful staircase leading to a galleried landing. An open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is at the heart of the house: a fantastic space to cook, relax and dine. For more celebratory occasions, the dining room is perfect for sharing a special meal. There’s also an expansive, light-filled drawing room which is a lovely space for everyone to gather, watch a film or chat about the day’s events. The property has a games room where you can hold a table tennis tournament, and an additional first-floor lounge space which makes a handy snug hideaway. This sumptuous property also features a choice of four spacious, charmingly furnished bedrooms decorated in soothing tones. There are two en-suite super-king-size rooms, one with an additional single bed, and two double rooms each with an extra single bed that share a stylish family bathroom. Outside, the established south-facing grounds provide ample space to explore, with extensive lawns for children to play on, several lovely seating areas and a delightful walled garden.

Aberdyfi (also known as Aberdovey) is nearby (1.5 miles) and boasts a championship golf course and long sandy beach. With plenty of great places to eat and drink, Aberdyfi offers a range of activities including fishing, water sports and swimming.

Lovely spacious house. Would recommend the beach the far side of Aberdyfi . Park in the large lay-by opposite the cemetery. 5 minutes walk to a stunning deserted beach

Very spacious and comfortable house and big garden in a very lovely corner of Wales. Location excellent apart from tricky road access and no good walking directly from the house. Great hill and beach walking a very short drive away though.
