Lovely cottage with an amazing little wood burner that really throws the heat out on cold November days. Beautifully decorated and cosy. You wont be disappointed. Remote so take all your food with you if you dont want to travel miles for a large supermarket. I didnt want to leave this place and will stay again when I go back to Wales. Capelle Cottage is set within a fantastic landscape, peacefully by itself, nestled by the sheep and cows of neighbouring farms; great fun to watch the sheep dogs at work! The cottage is immaculately clean, has pretty much everything you need, including a fantastic sized fridge/freezer for a family self-catering. Great nights sleep on the super comfRead morey beds. We would definitely love to come back here especially as the cottage is so conveniently placed close to many exciting activities. Hide

The cottage is certainly 'off the beaten track' and perfect for those who wish for peace and silence. The best walks are a short car journey away - spectacular lake and reservoir circuits, immensely varied trails across moorland and through ancient woods. Of all the cottages we have stayed in, this one has the best location - fabulous views and peace (without actually being very far from shops etc.). It's a lovely old building refurbished to be very cosy with a quirky style and all mod cons. We would love to return.
