Overlooking the quintessential village of Pencelli, this rustic, yet elegant property is set on the grounds of a working farm. Sleeping ten guests across five bedrooms, the property is accessed via a quiet lane close to an array of scenic trails. Don your walking boots and set off to explore, climbing the peaks of the Brecon Beacons, visiting the ancient church at Llanfeugan, or strolling the short 1-mile walk to the local pub for a hearty meal and a refreshing, locally-brewed ale.

Exposed stone walls, wooden-framed windows, and timber-beamed ceilings feature throughout the entire property, which has been carefully furnished to add to the overall timeless charm. Step inside the entrance hall to discover a roaring wood burner and a comfortable sofa, the perfect spot for relaxing with a glass of wine. The hand-built kitchen is spacious and inviting, complete with a larder, and an adjoining utility room to meet all of your culinary needs. From here, enter the dining room, which has plenty of seating for your entire party and fantastic views. The sitting room has sofas, a TV and an open fire for leisurely film nights, or you can gather around the table in the snug/study for board games. The first bedroom is also downstairs, boasting a beautiful four-poster bed. Climb the steep staircase to discover four further bedrooms, one of which is a king-size with an en-suite bathroom. The remaining three bedrooms share a family bathroom, and there is also a conservatory with comfortable seating, ideal for taking advantage of the scenery.

Outside, the walled garden is a tranquil setting for tall drinks in the sunshine, featuring a wooden terrace with a pergola and a BBQ. There is a gated area with a small pond and a pretty lawn space with herbaceous borders. Upstairs, a roof terrace offers panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.

We had a lovely holiday with 11 people at Cornwall farm. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. The views are beautiful from the house and patio. We enjoyed walks from the doorstep down to the river and canal. We would highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely amazing house!! The pictures on the website do not do the place justice. You are surrounded by green space as far as the eye can see with sheep for neighbors. The house is warm and bright, with a beautiful garden. We were a group of 12 and it still felt like we had space in the house. The owners were so helpful and responded so quickly tRead moreo any questions we had. I cannot recommend enough! We will definitely be returning! Hide
