If you decide to eat in and rustle a meal with purchases from nearby local producers, the kitchen is well-equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. After dinner, retire to the snug with exposed beams, feature fireplace and comfortable sofas or walk through to the relaxed lounge with exposed beams, feature fireplace, comfortable sofas and a Smart TV. Back into the entrance hall with tiled floor and feature glass door, head upstairs to the first floor and choose from one of the three bedrooms, one king-size, one double with stylish en-suite shower room and WC or the spacious twin. To the front of the house is a paved area with wrought iron railings leading to the pretty enclosed half-acre garden with lawn, fire pit, charcoal BBQ, table and chairs, the perfect spot to enjoy al fresco dining whilst embracing the wonderful views from sunrise to sunset. You are welcome to explore the footpaths on the 50 acre farm with sheep and cattle. There is ample private off-road parking at the property. Lockable bike and canoe store are also available.
