Climb a few steps up into the wagon’s open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner/bedroom to find that even when off-grid, you have every comfort. Cook inside on the gas oven or hobs or outside over the open fire, using the utensils provided and the tasty ingredients from your welcome pack. Wash up after heating your water on the stove then light the wood burner, chat about your day and have a hot shower in the separate shower room before heading over to the inviting double bed. There’s an eco-friendly compost WC at the carriage and that energy is supplied through solar panels. Enjoy breakfast out in the fresh air on warm spring and summer mornings and absorb the glorious landscapes around you. Soak in the hot tub as often as you choose. Drive 13.5 miles into the Brecon Beacons to see the ruins of Llanthony Priory, set in the scenic Vale of Ewyas. Have a day out in Abergavenny, 15 miles away, known for its many food outlets and eateries selling local Welsh delicacies.
