Situated in a peaceful country estate, this cosy retreat has a rich history that somewhat belies the picturesque surroundings, having once housed many rock groups recording at a studio in the grounds. This semi-detached farmhouse is an ideal spot for a break away whatever the season. Lovely walks for those that enjoy the great outdoors with access to miles of footpaths and bridleways in secluded valleys straight from the door. and the seaside is a very short drive from Glaspant. Coastal towns and villages such as New Quay and Aberporth, offering boast trips and super, sandy beaches, are well worth a visit. A whole host of castles and historic sites to discover and within reach of the Preseli Hills, before returning home to your simply splendid retreat.

Enter through into a cosy lounge where you can relax in front of the warming wood burner and catch up on the TV/DVD, as you walk through the cosy lounge, you will enter the large well-equipped kitchen/diner and utility room offering electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer, a very social space to prepare your evening meal., just off the kitchen you will find a handy ground floor WC. To complete the ground  floor you with find the second lounge the perfect spot to relax and read a book. Heading up the stairs you will find five bedrooms, 2 king-size bedrooms with lots of character and features, 1 twin bedroom and 2 further single bedrooms. Completing the property, you will find 2 beautifully decorated bathrooms with shower over bath and WC and a further handy shower room.

Outside there is an enclosed patio to the fore of the property with furniture and acres of shared space to roam. Take a walk around the communal lake and feel the stresses and strains of everyday life just ebb away. Off-road parking for two cars.

We had a fabulous week staying in the farmhouse at Glaspant. The house is spacious and beautifully decorated. The grounds were immaculate and sitting outside in the evenings were beautiful especially when the sun was shining. You are surrounded by lovely countryside, very peaceful and relaxing. Any of the lovely beaches were a short drive away, PenRead morebryn being our favourite. Hide

The Farmhouse is attached to the main house but you would not know, it has a wealth of character but is modern in a subtle way with lots of thoughtful homely touches. It is very well equipped and has a mains pressure hot water system so the showers are powerful and has loads of hot water.
