Situated in a peaceful country estate, this cosy retreat has a rich history that somewhat belies the picturesque surroundings, having once housed many rock groups recording at a studio in the grounds. This semi-detached farmhouse is an ideal spot for a family break away whatever the season. Lovely walks for those that enjoy the great outdoors and the seaside is a very short drive from Glaspant. Coastal towns and villages such as New Quay and Aberporth, offering boast trips and super, sandy beaches, are well worth a visit. A whole host of castles and historic sites to discover and within reach of the Preseli Hills, before returning home to your simply splendid retreat.
Enter through into a cosy lounge where you can relax in front of the warming wood burner and catch up on the TV/DVD. There is an inner hallway to a second lounge, ideal for sitting with a good book and a glass of wine. Off the same hallway is an adjoining shower room with shower and WC. The large well-equipped kitchen/diner and utility room offering electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer, a very social space to prepare your evening meal. Heading up the stairs you will find five bedrooms, two king-size, two singles and a twin, making this a spacious home from home for families.
