The cottage offers a delightful lounge, perfect for sitting back at the end of the day, watching a movie, listening to music or chatting into the night. The fresh and elegant dining room is ideal for sharing a celebratory family meal which you can enjoy preparing in the stylishly designed and well-equipped kitchen. Moving upstairs, there are six light and stylish bedrooms on the upper floors (four with en-suite facilities), each named after a Welsh peak: four king-size rooms (one with a freestanding roll-top bath in the room itself) and two super-king-size rooms. There’s a family bathroom on this level as well as a ground-floor shower room. Heading outside, the south-facing garden is a charming suntrap, complemented by a patio, BBQ, plenty of outdoor furniture and a soothing hot tub.
A couple of miles from the tranquil village of Cradoc and its popular golf club, the cottage is a great location for exploring the northern fringes of the Brecon Beacons. There are wonderful walks right from the door, with local landmarks including the sites of the Iron Age fort of Pen y Crug and the Roman fort of Brecon Gaer (both within 2 miles). The thriving market town of Brecon (3 miles) has plenty of great pubs and restaurants to relax in.
