Providing a perfect rural escape for larger families and groups of friends, the barn also features a private hot tub and is an idyllic spot for wedding parties, walking groups and nature lovers.

Accessed via the back entrance, the lower ground floor offers a charming twin room, the first of five pretty bedrooms. Exploring further, the main ground floor features a delightful sitting room with a wood burner and views across the valley. Steps lead up into the main lounge which is an ideal space to unwind in the evening, with a few more steps leading to the elegantly designed country farmhouse-style kitchen/diner. Heading up the handmade oak staircase you will find a further four bedrooms, all with exposed beams and sloped or vaulted ceilings: three king-size rooms (two en-suite) and a double. The property also has a family bathroom and a separate shower room. Outside, the enclosed garden has a large lawn, plenty of outdoor furniture and a hot tub. Grazing is available for horses and ponies.

The smallest town in Wales, Llanwrtyd Wells (1.5 miles) has a choice of great places to eat and drink and is a fantastic base for walkers and cyclists exploring the surrounding valleys and forests. Local attractions and landmarks include the Devil’s Staircase, Llyn Brianne Dam and Reservoir, and RSPB Gwenffrwd-Dinas (all within 8 miles). Heading south you will reach Llandovery (12.5 miles), a popular and bustling market town on the north-western corner of the magnificent Brecon Beacons National Park.
