A haven for walkers with access onto way marked footpaths and the tow paths of the Monmouth and Brecon Canal, and the Sugar Loaf and Skirrid, just a short drive away. The Blaenafon World Heritage Site is within easy reach where you can visit the Blaenafon Heritage Railway, Iron Works and Big Pit National Coal Museum. This area is steeped in history with some of Europe’s finest surviving castles, Abergavenny Castle set against the spectacular hills and Crickhowell Castle, or if you want an adventure try canoeing or kayaking on the River Wye. The area is host to a vibrant events calendar to include Usk show and Abergavenny food festival.

The contemporary well-equipped kitchen area offers a two-ring induction hob, microwave and fridge with ice compartment. So, when the sun goes down there is a double bed with soft linen and blankets where you can enjoy a peaceful night’s rest, and when morning comes you can open the blinds to enjoy views across to the Sugar Loaf. There is a shower room with shower and WC with fluffy dressing gowns provided.
