We had a fantastic holiday. We have two boys 3 & 7, who loved running around the farm and yet within 5 minutes you can be in the coffee shops, book shops and restaurants of Hay on Wye. The cottage was beautiful and we had a really relaxing time, even the dog loved it!

Sheilagh, 19th July 2019

This was an idyllic place to stay! Leave the World behind and revel in the beautiful scenery. The most relaxing place we have ever been to. Sarah and Chris could not have been kinder or more welcoming. Whenever life gets a bit too much this is where we will head!

Penny, 5th July 2019

The cottage has been renovated and kitted out with the most exquisite taste and care. Beds and sofa were incredibly comfy and the bathroom clean with a fabulous hot shower. Everything has been considered in the kitchen which is really well equipped for foodies. The property is surrounded by perfect views and truly magnificent countryside. It's absoRead morelutely breathtaking. The welcome from the owners was second to none - friendly whilst allowing privacy and always responsive to any request or query. Hide

A wonderful stay at a lovely cottage in an amazing location. We were greeted as we arrived which was very sweet & even more surprised to find the little pantry of goods (eggs, tea, coffee & a homemade cake) waiting for us. The cottage is stylish, comfortable and full of great recommendations for things to do. Seeing the animals on the farm was greaRead moret for our little boy. Highly recommend, however for families with toddlers, worth noting that it is farmland so a little uneven in places. Hide

Louisa, 22nd March 2019

Lovely, comfortable and tasteful cottage in stunning location. The owners were so welcoming and we would not hesitate to recommend.

Andrew, 17th August 2018

Beautiful cottage in a tranquil and peaceful setting. Sarah and family are very welcoming and genuine hosts and it was a privilege to stay in their cottage. The location is ideal for lots of walking, including from the cottage and is very handy for Hay. The cottage is really well equipped and it felt like a real home from home.
