This little gem of a cottage was just delightful. Fran and Chris welcomed us. They also left milk, coffee tea and biscuits too. Spotless. Very calming environment just what we needed after lockdown. Quiet and peaceful.

A gem of a country hideaway in beautiful Shropshire. Fran and Chris gave us the warmest welcome and checked we were ok, letting us know they were there if we needed them. The accommodation was quaint but with all mod cons, immaculately clean with high quality bedding and towels etc. We were in the perfect location to visit places such as Iron bridgRead moree, Shrewsbury and the Welsh border. A short walk only to the pub and village where we found all local amenities. A perfect peaceful getaway. Hide

The cottage was an excellent holiday venue for two; cosy, comfortable and well equipped. The owners were friendly and helpful, providing a well resourced box of suggestions for local walks and visits. The cottage is very well situated for visits to several National Trust and English Heritage properties, as well as within reach of larger towns such Read moreas Ludlow, Hereford and Worcester. We had an excellent meal at the local pub and the local Co-op was good. Overall, highly recommended. Hide

Comfortable accommodation where the owner had clearly given a lot of thought to what holidaymakers would need. We found the decor very calm and tasteful. Our hostess was available, friendly and helpful but we also had complete privacy. Beautiful area with good walks and cycle rides and not too crowded
