Beautifully designed luxury lodge set in three acres of grounds with natural pond and landscaped gardens. Nestling in Tyn-y-Groes near Conwy, the World Heritage Site with 13th century castle, independent shops, restaurants, galleries and fishing harbour. Enjoy the culinary delights of pubs, cafes and restaurants nearby. Visit Plas Mawr and Britain’s smallest house or take a trip to Bodnant Gardens, the Welsh Food Centre and Surf Snowdonia. Enjoy birdwatching at the RSPB reserve and fishing in the lakes. Situated in Snowdonia National Park, ideally placed for exploring Llandudno, Betws-y-Coed and beyond, perfect location to relax and embrace the scenery and culture or take a more active adventure with the very best North Wales has to offer.

As you enter the light and spacious lodge this well-equipped kitchen caters for all your needs with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the dining table with stunning countryside views to set you up for the day. Relax in the spacious lodge, read a book in the sunshine and explore the grounds. On your return after a full day out, it is a home from home, with sofas and TV, open the patio doors and unwind and watch the sun set. There is one double bedroom with en-suite shower and WC, a twin bedroom and family bathroom with shower over the bath and WC with towels and laundered linen. Includes dressing gowns and hairdryer.

Outside you can find a BBQ and table and chairs on the grass which takes in the panoramic views. If you are keen on cycling and canoeing there is a secure bicycle and boat store available. There is ample off-road parking at the property.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.

Cottage was lovely how ever dealing with holidaycottages.co.uk was terrible they charged extra for our dog and never replied to any of our emails regarding covid restrictions and if we had to check early and loose days off our holiday which did an was never compensated for.

fantastic. clean, tidy and well equipped, a great sun trap, good walking near by, a good pub about 800 meters away. so good i could live there.

A lovely cottage with good views over the mountain. Very clean on arrival. Generally well equipped. Easy parking. Quiet and peaceful even though its just off the road.

The lodge is in a beautiful location and was very clean and comfortable Only 3 miles from Conway and other location to visit in North Wales this makes it a great location to stay

Lovely lodge, amazing views, very handy for the coast. A real oasis, and such lovely views of the hills.

Lovely, well equipped lodge, one of 5, in a rural setting, within 5 minutes drive of Conway. Ideal location for wide range of local attractions all accessible within a 45 minute drive.

Really nice lodge in a quiet setting. Lovely views over countryside. Great pub within 20 minute walk. Perfect location for explorin Anglesey and Snowdonia.

Lovely, comfortable lodge with beautiful scenic views. Peaceful and relaxing. WiFi was good but mobile phone networks were a bit unreliable at times. Honey Bee Lodge is a rental only property so you need to take your own supplies e.g. starter food pack, kichen hand towel, tea towels, dishwasher tablets, hand soaps (3), toilet rolls and a hairdryer.

This is a great location which makes it a great base Quite a few areas that need sharpening up on that didnt make the stay that great - no hoover - when we moved bed to fit the baby cot it was full of dust and dirt - no soap - cooker hood not working - no internet or Tv working - plug whol in bathroom needs fixing

Luxury feel cabin, well equipped on a quiet and private plot. Ideal for relaxing and only 3 miles from Conwy. Dog friendly too!
