This cottage is a delight. The balance of contemporary/country design is just right. Spotlessly clean and very warm. Although the owners are next door, they give you complete space plus there is a very private aspect to the cottage. Plenty to do out and about Humber.

The accommodation is stunning and really well designed. Large open spaces and a huge outdoor area which our dog loved. The garden is not secure so take a long rope/lead for piece of mind if your dog is a flight risk. We ventured out to local towns and pubs, and particularly enjoyed chase gin and vodka distillery. Would absolutely recommend for a reRead morelaxing break. Hide

Peace and tranquility......if this is what you like then Humber Court Barn is the place for you. Dont expect a pub or shop nearby, you definitely need car. We loved it and the surrounding areas. Lots to see and do but equally a place to simply chill.

Lovely, contemporary property in a quiet, pretty location. Lovely large rooms with an en-suite to the bedroom and a downstairs loo. We were very comfortable and I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable property in a quiet, pretty location. A lovely cottage close to lots of great days out and things to see. Kate (and her dog Aslan) was extremely friendly and helpful with recommendations. Great to find a cottage that welcomes two dogs and a baby that is also gorgeously furnished.

We had a lovely stay at the barn, it's beautifully designed and such a lovely space to have a break. It's got everything you need to self cater and is close to nice towns and good places to visit.
