It is well-equipped with AGA, electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and breakfast table in the corner, perfect for morning coffee as you look through the recipe books for inspiration. Walk through to the utility boot room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, space for your boots and coats, and a handy side door to the outside. If you decide to eat in, the kitchen has all the equipment you need to rustle up a meal when ready walk up a few steps to the dining room for cosy nights around the long dining table with space for everyone to gather around. After dinner, go to the spacious lounge and plan your holiday activities relaxing on the comfy sofas by another feature fireplace and French doors to the side garden and parking area. Maybe you’d prefer to walk down to the second lounge to enjoy karaoke, Xbox, board games or to watch a film on the Smart TV with Sky (basic package). There is also a shower room with WC on this floor. After a full day out retire to one of the five bedrooms to choose from, all designed with a good night’s sleep in mind. Choose from the king with en-suite shower room and WC, a double, one of the two spacious twin bedrooms or the cosy single. Enjoy a relaxing bubble bath in the freestanding bath or a leisurely shower in the stylish bathroom with feature lighting, bath, shower and WC. The enclosed garden offers a table, chairs and charcoal BBQ for everyone to relax in and spend time together making the most of the weather. Take a stroll down to the 1930s suspension bridge over the River Conwy into the heart of Betws-y-Coed and all its amenities. If you are bringing your bikes there is a lockable rack available, and space for kayaks, in the garden. Private parking for two cars at the property.
