Situated in a beautiful country estate, the super retreat has an interesting history that belies the picturesque and peaceful surroundings, having once been a recording studio for many famous bands in the recent past. This semi-detached cottage is an ideal spot for a romantic break away whatever the season. Lovely walks for those that enjoy the great outdoors and the seaside is a very short drive from Capel Iwan. Coastal towns and villages such as Aberporth, Aberaeron and New Quay, offering sandy beaches are well worth a visit. A whole host of castles and historic sites to discover before returning home to your simply splendid retreat.

Enter through the pretty stable door, kick off your boots and up one step into the beautiful open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This is a very light and airy space with a contemporary finish, a comfortable sofa and chair to relax in, along with a good book, or to simply watch the TV/DVD. There is a dining area with table and chairs and a very well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge with ice compartment and a microwave. A very social space to prepare your evening meal. There is also a washing machine, tumble dryer and a freezer in a large cupboard, making it as practical as it is tasteful. There is a king-size bedroom, which has been delightfully furnished, making it the perfect place to have a lazy morning. There is also a bathroom with shower over bath and WC.

Outside there is a sitting area to the fore of the property and acres of space to roam. There is a shared BBQ area and ample parking. Take a walk around the small lake and feel the stresses and strains of everyday life just ebb away. There is off-road parking for two cars.

Dogs fees are charged per dog at £20.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £20.00 for every week or part week thereafter.
