Make your way into Welshpool to wander the colourful, independent shops and choose between a range of delightful eateries serving dishes made with Welsh delicacies. Montgomery, 6 miles away, is also a great place to potter and has a castle to visit. History lovers may also wish to see the remains of medieval Dolforwyn Castle, 10.5 miles away.
