The first time I arrived at the cottage, you could hear the river flowing peacefully and the singing of the birds woke you up every morning with a smile. When you walked into the cottage, you could feel the old fashioned vibe. There was electricity but you couldn't even feel its presence. This little retreat proved a much needed tonic, set in idyllic scenery. As much peace and quiet as you like, and our dog felt as much benefit as we did. The owners were welcoming and helpful, and only there when their input was wanted. Would definitely recommend.
