Leave your coats and boots in the hallway, and head into the chic kitchen, which has everything you need to whip up a feast for the group. From here, you’ll find the formal dining room, where you can gather for family mealtimes and celebrations with friends. An elegant lounge offers the perfect place to unwind in the evening, stretched out on the comfortable sofas, watching the Smart TV in the glow of the wood burner. Just off the lounge is the games conservatory, providing hours of entertainment for guests of all ages. The property has three bedrooms: two king-size and a bunk bedroom. After a morning of sunbathing and surfing at Fairbourne Beach, hop on the steam train which takes you to the ferry, to cross the water to Barmouth. Here, you’ll find a traditional Welsh seaside resort, with a picturesque harbour and a plethora of cafes and restaurants serving a great range of local dishes. If you’re a keen walker, Cadair Idris (16 miles) is a must. The highest mountain in southern Snowdonia is a challenging climb, but you’ll be rewarded with jaw-dropping views across Cregennan Lakes towards the sea.
