Charming cottage with garden and lovely views in a peaceful village of Snowdonia National Park. Close to Betws-y-Coed, perfect to relax and explore the best of North Wales countryside and culture.

Tucked on the edge of Snowdonia National Park, find peaks and panoramic views close to home at this property. After adventurous days with family or friends in Betws-y-Coed, the charm and character of this quaint cottage welcomes you home with open arms. Sit by the twinkling flames of the wood burner or enjoy the vista from the elevated terrace with the BBQ sizzling in the balmy air.

Bursting with charm, exposed beams line the ceiling, and a gorgeous original fireplace houses a warming wood burner in the lounge. Fire it up and listen to the crackling logs from the comfort of the sofas where you can enjoy film nights on the TV/DVD. If you fancy some peace and quiet, pluck a book from the shelf and delve into a good tale before tucking into dinner cooked up in the country-style kitchen/diner. The neutral tones continue into this room and help create a calm ambience in which to sip your morning coffee, experiment with flavours and raise a toast to your Welsh adventure. Before drifting off in one of two pretty bedrooms on the first floor, unwind with a tipple in the garden (reached via steps) and take in the countryside views.

Follow well-trodden tracks and trails in Snowdonia National Park where gorgeous vistas lie around every twist and turn and the majestic Mount Snowdon stands tall 24 miles from home. Set off for the steep ascent or save your legs from aching and hop aboard the Snowdon Mountain Railway. Surf Snowdonia (16.5 miles) is a great place to ride waves and learn new tricks whilst Zip World Fforest (8.5 miles) is the perfect destination for thrill seekers.

Lovely location with good views and plenty to do and see in the surrounding area. The cottage was well equipped, clean and cosy, but plenty of room for 4 adults and a labrador. Beautiful cottage, very cosy! We use the bbq (just bought coal) and sat in front of the fire each evening, great selection of dvds! Nearest shop is quite the drive, 20 minutes! So just make sure you have everything you need :)

Lovely quaint cottage with everything you need for a stay. Cosy log burner and central heating which came on when cottage temperature dropped, ideal at this time of year. Beds very comfortable and kitchen fitted with everything you could wish for. The few neighbours around were exceptionally friendly and chatty. Lovely little character cottage. We booked very last minute and the cottage was ready. Small issue with hot water (even the boost button on boiler didnt work) contacted the owner who immediately sent someone round to try help. It was just right for myself, my husband and our small dog. Would be a little cosy if there were 4 adults staying. A very pleasant location if you want to get away from it all. Near enough to the shops of Betws-y-coed, but far enough that there's almost no traffic. The cottage was comfortable and well furnished. If you're tall you need to remember to duck at the top of the stairs, but the rest of the house has surprisingly high ceilings for a cottage of this agRead moree. I found the beds rather uncomfortable, although that might be my fault for being too tall and having a bad back! Hide

This cottage was very cosy , clean and in a lovely location The degree of contact with owner and property manager was very comfortable and the provisions thoughtfully left in the fridge for us were appreciated.. Our only niggle was that the stairs were a bit steep for an older chap.
