The farmhouse was beautiful, cosy and had all that we needed for a fantastic holiday. Especially the hot tub which we really enjoyed. The farmhouse was surrounded in neighbouring fields by horses ponies and cows much to the delight of our grandson.

We had the benefit of great weather 18th-25th March 2022, but that was just the icing on the cake. With a stunning location overlooking the River Conwy the Mountain Farmhouse was the ideal location for a family getaway. The facilities were first class and sitting in the hot tub admiring the views was a daily highlight. Rhos on Sea, Llandudno and BeRead moretws-y-Coed all within easy reach for shopping and walking. The cottage is gorgeous and the photos really dont do it justice. We booked for a long weekend as a base for a hike up snowdon and to explore north wales and it was a great location. The house is beautiful and the views are breath taking! Really secluded and quiet. I couldnt recommend more! Oh and the hot tub is amazing! Book it now!

A beautiful property with idyllic views over the countryside. The hot tub was amazing and great fun. A well maintained and cosy place to stay with great walks from the door. As mentioned by other reviews, the drive up to the property does have a couple of steep turns but first gear is fine and the rewards on arrival are magnificent. I couldnt recommend this cottage enough its absolutely beautiful well equipped, views are spectacular the hot tub is so relaxing. Its a shame take aways aren't available but the kitchen is well equipped to cook lovely meals! We got a Asda delivery which I recommend! Id love to stay again it felt very homely and would highly recommend to anyone

The cottage is beautiful, and the location is stunning. We had such a lovely week. As warned, there is quite a steep hill with sharp bends to get up to the cottage but it's certainly worth it. The hot tub stayed hot even in January.

Superb property. Great location and the views are out of this world. Really well equipped cottage for everyone, and the owners couldn't be more helpful. We couldn't get into the Y Bedol pub as no tables, but it looked lovely. We can't wait to go back.

We've stayed in lots of holiday cottages and this was by far the best. The location is stunning with breath taking walks right on your doorstep. The hot tub was amazing. The kitchen was very well equipped and the cottage was immaculate. We would highly recommend this property.

This is a beautifully clean fresh well equipped farmhouse with much to recommend it. Amazing views from the garden and hot tub. Walks in lots of directions from the farmhouse so you do not have to use the car for everything. Yes there is a steep climb to this cottage (as the owners make you very aware) but the views are absolutely worth it! There are plenty of passing spaces too. The cottage is absolutely perfect; remote, peaceful and the view is the best we've ever had. It's a great place to explore that part of the world. The location of this property was in the middle of all the activities we had planned which was fab! Visited here for the second time and will be booking a third soon! We love how peaceful this cottage is. Close enough to day trip to Abersoch, Anglesey and plenty of other places but secluded enough for peace and quiet at night. Not to mention the view from the hot tub cant be beaten!
