This delightful period cottage is the perfect place for a family or couple to rest and unwind in a beautifully decorated and furnished holiday home, just 500 metres from the sea.

Treat yourselves to a stay in one of West Wales’s architectural gems. Designed by John Nash, this 19th-century retreat has some fascinating features yet has also been updated to ensure you have a high level of contemporary comfort for your stay. Situated at the heart of the coastal town of Tenby, it is less than 300 metres from the North Beach and about the same distance from the main shopping streets, with their myriad of different eateries. Enjoy the tranquil ambience of the unique, two-bedroom house, which sleeps up to four guests.

Let yourselves into this enticing holiday home to discover a light-filled lounge/diner, where you can watch TV together, discuss your plans for the following day and perhaps find a few quiet moments to yourself to read your book. Decide whose turn it is to cook today then send them through to the kitchen to prepare the Glamorgan sausages, fresh leeks and other tasty local produce you have bought in town. Find you also have a handy washing machine and dishwasher. Climb the stairs, believed to have been crafted from a ship’s mast, to choose between a king-size room and a double, one of which has access to a balcony. The family bathroom is also at this level. Take a glass of wine out into the fresh air of the small courtyard garden in front of the house on summer evenings. There is a small drive which fits a small car to the side of the property and free on street road parking near the front of the property.

Head down to the beach to swim, picnic on the sand and discover a selection of water sports for the energetic among you to try. Walk approximately 700 metres to the harbour, where you can enjoy an exhilarating motorboat trip or seal safari out on the high seas. Drive 11 miles to Pembroke to see its dramatic medieval castle. Browse the shops here and choose from a variety of restaurants.

Beautiful, Homely Cottage. Would 100% recommend staying here. Myself, husband and 3 children had a lovely weekend away. We didn't use our car as the cottage itself is 2 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes into the town. We will definitely want to stay here again.
