An ideal location for families to spend time together, just a short drive from New Quay, with a range of attractions including boat trips, water sports, a marine centre and the Dylan Thomas trail.

Cardigan Bay is the perfect destination for seaside escapes; dolphins dot the crystal blue ocean, and the sands are golden and soft beneath feet and paws. With on-site play facilities for your little ones, this cosy bolthole is a wonderful place for families and has a decking area and a coal-effect electric fire so you can enjoy time together in the evenings come rain or shine.

Steps lead to this charming lodge where fresh hues, floods of natural light and splashes of warm colours create a tranquil interior. Flowing from the lounge through to the kitchen, the open-plan living space is perfect for sociable evenings with the large sofa providing somewhere to put your feet up and lose yourself in a good book or memories of the day’s adventures. Let a summer breeze cool you down and throw open the patio doors to extend the space into the outdoors before taking plates of delicious dinner outside for an al fresco feast. Sip a comforting mug of tea, brewed in the pretty kitchen, before drifting off in the master king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room, and saying goodnight to those sleeping in the twin bedroom.

Boasting beaches galore and fantastic coastal walks, this marvellous stretch of coastline will keep you entertained for days. Just 2 miles away, the beautiful sands and glistening ocean at New Quay are a must-visit. Build sandcastles, spy dolphins and enjoy invigorating dips in the sea. If you fancy staying dry, hop on the Dylan Thomas Trail or the Wales Coast Path and feast your eyes on magnificent views as you fill your lungs with fresh air. For a day filled with adventure, travel further afield and explore the peaks, waterfalls and lakes of the Brecon Beacons (34 miles).

Had a wonderful and relaxing weekend. The lodge was second to none in a lovely quiet site surrounded by forestry. Spotlessly clean with everything plus more you'll need for a great stay. So many lovely places nearby to visit along the coast . Ideal as well if you love walking the dog as its an extremely dog friendly part of the world. A read througRead moreh the lodge's guest comments on how satisfied previous guests have been over the years says it all. Would highly recommend . Hide

This lodge is on a beautifully kept site, surrounded by trees. It is very attractively and comfortably furnished with a patio for fine weather dining. The owner is not far away, so if you cant find the way, he will tell you exactly, or if you have any problem, he will assist you and is very kind and helpful.

Overall a very good place to stay . Some small issues with cleanliness but well equipped. Although it says that its only a couple of miles from new quay, its not the easier of walks along the road and appears to be much further . Having said that , there are some lovely walks within a short drive away .

Lovely lodge great location for spotting dolphins and seals. Home from home feel and owner is helpful. The park is lovely and quiet. New quay is couple minute drive and parking is good value for money.
