Explore the beautiful county of Pembrokeshire from this welcoming barn conversion situated in the tranquil hamlet of Upper Nash. It’s a delightful space for six friends or family to enjoy time together, exploring the coast and countryside. The pretty seaside town of Tenby is nearby where you can enjoy one of the beaches, take a boat trip or peruse the many independent shops and restaurants.

The barn has been sympathetically converted and thoughtfully decorated. Large windows let in plenty of light and open-plan living makes the property spacious and great for socialising. Your whole group will enjoy cooking, eating and relaxing together in the lounge/kitchen/diner before heading to one of the comfortable bedrooms for a good night’s sleep. Outside is a pretty courtyard garden with BBQ and patio seating as well as a separate enclosed lawned area with further seating and superb views across the rolling hills.

Upper Nash is a tranquil hamlet situated just outside of Lamphey village which has a pub and restaurant. Running alongside the village is the Pembrokeshire Coast Path, a route that skirts the edge of the county and takes in some incredible views. 2 miles away is ancient town, Pembroke, where you can visit the imposing Pembroke Castle or take a trip to the museum for a great day out. Tenby (10 miles) has plenty to see and do, including boat trips to Caldey Island, coasteering experiences and four beaches to choose from. Children will love a day out at Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo (8.5 miles) where you can enjoy rides and animal encounters.

We had an amazing stay at the old cow shed. The cottage is very very well equipped, you will literally want for noting while you are there.The complimentary nesspresso coffee really did top it off. Well located as its only 15-20 min drive to the coast in both directions.Hot tub was superb for relaxing anytime of the day, the kids especially loved tRead morehe use of the paddock at the back of the property.They spent a good while rolling down the hill and getting muddy due to the spring weather. ­­­­­ Hide

I would definitely recommend this property for family Very clean and tidy Lots of little extra that made our stay even more enjoyable Close to the beach lots of walks to do close to a lot of farm parks perfect stay

Everything we expected and more, the property owner was lovely and couldn't help enough, even on Christmas day Sarah called round and gave us some foil for our turkey as we forgot to bring some. We would 100% stay again.

The accommodation was comfortable and well presented. All/any equipment needed was readily available. Lovely situation with outside facilities. Would readily stay at the cottage in future if it fitted with our plans.

Our arrival sadly coincided with the boiler breaking down, 3 nights were disturbed by a screaming noise from the boiler which sounded like it might explode. Despite the best efforts of the owner and 2 plumbers the pressure level could not be maintained and we had no hot water or heating for the whole week. We were kindly offered the facilities in aRead morenother property on the same site. Despite that we enjoyed the accommodation which was well placed to enjoy many wonderful sites of Pembrokeshire. Fabulous Cowshed conversion. Every little detail is so well thought out. Beds very comfy with good quality bed linen. Well stocked kitchen with a very generous welcome pack. Living area comfy with plenty of seating options. Very peaceful location with lovely views. Great base for exploring the area.
