Try Surf Snowdonia (7 miles), Zip World (7 miles) or white water rafting along the River. The pretty town of Betws-y-Coed is 9 miles away and has a range of independent shops, eateries and bars to enjoy. From here, you can also walk along to Swallow Falls, a cascading waterfall down the River Conwy. Location is great, although its difficult to find, especially in the dark. As for everything else, the photos are misleading and obvious taken when the property was first renovated - 15 years ago! The prpoerty is not clean, dead flies, dust and cobwebs everywhere. Kitchen equipment (microwave, kettle and toaster) extremely worn and old, sofa needs Read morereplacing and beds weren't comfy at all. Overall not worth anywhere near the price charged, but the views and location are decent. Hide

Fantastic location with incredible views of farmland and mountains, very peaceful and quiet. The cottage is spacious, well equipped, very clean and comfortable. Lots of private outside space which is well maintained, good outdoor seating and dining areas, plenty of parking. It was a great base for exploring North Wales and Anglesey. We had a fabulous few days. Stunning views in a beautiful setting. The cottage is lovely, comfy beds, good magazine supply for any downtime. Good walks straight from the cottage. Good secure garden so we were comfortable leaving doors open so the dog could come and go. Handy being able to recharge the car overnight. Just lovely.

A beautiful location and delightful accommodation. Really well equipped, clean and comfortable. The view is stunning and it is really well located for so many activitieswalking, NT, castles and fabulous beaches. Our dog loved the break as much as we did: great, secure garden with good walks from the front door. Would thoroughly recommend.

This was a delightful property. Very clean, well presented, lots of thought obviously went into equipping it. The fresh bread, butter, Welsh cakes, flowers etc for when we arrived was incredibly nice. It is quiet and very relaxing, with ravens and red kites being frequent sights. The views out over the valley changed constantly and were always loveRead morely. We would not hesitate to book this property again! Hide
