Warm yourselves up in the living room in front of the wood burner while relaxing, watching TV or playing a board game. Two super-king-size bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and the bath-room features a superb free-standing bath with a separate walk-in shower. Outside is a delightful, enclosed garden with a patio area and seating boasting beautiful views.
Tucked at the edge of Snowdonia National Park, you will be well situated to visit the many peaks in the area. Mount Snowdon, the jewel in the crown, is around 18 miles away, where you can choose to hike one of the routes of varying difficulties or take the Mountain Railway to the summit. The area, in general, is popular with walkers, mountain bikers and those who enjoy some adrenaline-fuelled activ-ities. Try Surf Snowdonia (7 miles), Zip World (7 miles) or white water rafting along the River. The pretty town of Betws-y-Coed is 9 miles away and has a range of independent shops, eateries and bars to enjoy. From here, you can also walk along to Swallow Falls, a cascading waterfall down the River Conwy. If you fancy a day at the beach, pop along to the stunning Colwyn Bay (11 miles) with its sandy, Blue Flag beach and interesting promenade.
