Sitting close to the Snowdonia National Park, this home is perfect for adventurers. Brimming with space, there are plenty of spots in which to enjoy a moment of peace and quiet or gather up guests for a lively night in one of the fabulous rooms. Lounge away to your heart’s content or seize the day and explore your fantastic surroundings before returning home to the hot tub.

If boots and paws are muddy, head inside through the back door and throw off jackets and shoes before giving soggy tails a wipe in the utility room. Find yourself in the glorious kitchen where neutral tones add sophistication and you are encouraged to rustle up treats for all to enjoy. Get everyone seated at the large table to discuss tomorrow’s plans; once adventures have been devised, step into the lounge where you can curl up in front of the TV and switch off for a moment. Fire up the wood burner if there is a chill in the air. Soak in the hot tub with a tipple in hand before retiring to bed for the night; one of four bedrooms reside on the ground floor whilst the others are up a flight of stairs. A quick 3.5-mile journey from home lies the National Trust’s Bodnant Gardens. Roam the sweeping lawns and woodland before sampling local treats in the tearoom. Cross the river and travel 7.5 miles to Adventure Parc Snowdonia where an exciting range of activities including surfing, adrenaline courses and caving are waiting for those of you with a brave streak.

We stayed here in August 2024 and we had the most lovely week. The peaceful setting and beautifully renovated property was more than we could have hoped for. We stayed as a family of 5 with one disabled member and we honestly couldn't rave about it more. This was one of the best cottages we have stayed at. The location is not far from a number of places you can visit. The cottage was clean and bigger than we had expected. It had all equipment you could need and the downstairs shower room next to the entrance was handy for the dogs! Hottub was huge, garden was closed off for dogs to run around. One of the nicest cottages we have stayed in. Perfect for an extended family. Large hot tub in a very large secure garden. Very quiet location with some narrow approach roads. Great base for the North Wales coast and close enough to get onto Anglesey for a day out as well. Its a 10 minute drive into the town of Llanrwst and the nearest bars and eatRead moreeries. Absolutely fabulous time. Warm welcoming cottage with everything we needed. Hosts contacted us prior and visited us on arrival. The gate. Was fenced in so the dogs loved their best life! House was spotless and all the rooms beautiful. Would definitely return.

We had a fabulous stay here to celebrate an 80th birthday. We had small children with us and they had a fab time. Mari was lovely to chat to and very responsive when we had questions. The welcome pack was a lovely touch when we arrived and the cheese delicious. Highly recommend staying here!

My Family spent May day bank holiday weekend there for my wife's 60th birthday. The house is spotless and perfect and had everything we needed, as we had a baby, a toddler and a dog with us. If we re in the area again I'm sure we d want to stay there again. Location is perfect for all the sites of North Wales, Snowden 40mins drive, Llandudno and CoRead morenwy 20mins, and the local Beauty spot of Cadair Ifan Goch, half hours walk. We had a great stay. This holiday home is amazing. It is so well equipped. There is everything you need and more. It is well kept and spotlessly clean. we had a party of 8 the house is spacious the hot tub was big enough for everyone. If you have young children the garden is safe and enclosed. . HIGHLY recommended. We had an amazing stay at this cottage. It was like a home away from home and was so beautiful and cosy. We were 3 couples and had a young child, a baby and a dog with us. As we arrived at the premises the cottage was warm and clean and the hot tub was all working ready to use and user friendly. Be aware that the road leading to the cottage is single uneven road so if low suspension car not recommended. Kids enjoyed it as plenty open space to play on.

We spent a lovely week here in September. The farmhouse is situated in a beautiful quiet spot. The views down the dale are heavenly. Not a sound can be heard except maybe the lowing of cows.
