This quaint, traditional cottage sits in a peaceful village location, alongside the beautiful Preseli Hills, making this the perfect retreat for guests to enjoy all that Pembrokshire has to offer.

Explore both coast and countryside at this charming Welsh cottage where gorgeous style meets delightful convenience to ensure you have a magical, romantic escape. The golden sands and stunning vistas at Tenby are perfect for beach lovers whilst sand-free days can be enjoyed at Narberth Castle and in the Preseli Hills. After adventurous days, settle by the wood burner and watch the flames flicker or bask in the last of the sun and sit outside on the arbour bench with an al fresco aperitif to unwind before bed.

This traditional Welsh cottage bursts with charm from the moment you open the front door. Warm tones and creature comforts will whisk you into holiday mode and the open-plan living space can be transformed into a snug sanctuary by lighting the wood burner and getting the logs crackling. Before you settle in front of the TV, rustle up treats in the kitchen area where you’ll find all you need to cook everything from picnics to three-course feasts. If the sun shines, dine alfresco under the warm rays or if there’s a chill in the air, plate up inside before heading to bed. A step leads to the charming bedrooms where a four-poster bed awaits so you can drift off as soon as your head hits the pillow.

The dramatic landscapes of the Preseli Hills are just 5 miles from your door. Here, prehistoric remains dot the moorland, heath and grassland, and panoramic vistas reaching across to Snowdon and Ireland can be viewed from the top of Foel Eryr. If the sea is calling, head to vibrant Tenby (19.5 miles) for a splash and a bite to eat before walking the Pembrokeshire Coast Path to Saundersfoot (17 miles) and admiring the harbour.

We have stayed at Lety Wen five times so far with our two boxer dogs. The cottage is dog friendly and welcoming. It is well equipped, cosy and comfortable. It is in a quiet location and all the amazing beaches and countryside attractions of this part of Wales are twenty - thirty minutes away. We will return!!!

Great stay and nice welcome. The cottage has everything you need to relax after a long day or to cook a meal. Location is ok, a bit far from amenities, good if you are planning to visit different parts of Pembrokeshire tough. No wifi so not ideal since the reception at times is poor. Dog friendly.

The cottage was well equipped for cooking. I think I would take my own bedding next time. Situated in a quiet village. Ideal place for relaxing or walking. You need to take a good stock of food, as the nearest shop only stocks essentials. Dog friendly, floors tiled so no worries about mucky paws. Small garden, safe for the dog to wander.
