The perfect romantic retreat, luxury pod with hot tub set in 200 acres of Snowdonia National Park for you to explore. Close to Betws-y-Coed and the best of North Wales’ countryside, coast and culture.

Perched high on the Betws-y-Coed hillside overlooking swathes of green grass and gnarled trees is this wooden-clad pod, a romantic destination for a fairy-tale break. Your tranquil haven is as cosy as can be with its wood burner, underfloor heating and outdoor hot tub, so all you’ll have left to do is open the champagne and snuggle up for a cwtch with a view. Known as the gateway to Snowdonia, you’ll soon be padding across the rugged landscape in search of waterfalls, river pools and moorland.

Encircled by slate gravel with a raised decked terrace, your adorable accommodation has wooden flooring underfoot, comfortable furniture and a chic style, providing a delicious atmosphere for snuggly evenings sipping hot cocoa in the glow of the wood burner. Wake from your slumber to savour breakfast al fresco, sipping your first coffee of the day and watching nature spring to life all around you. Plan your itinerary and pack a picnic for your travels and return for an invigorating shower and a dip in your private hot tub. The handy kitchenette is well equipped for your favourite meals, but the nearby pub is a welcome treat for a well-deserved break from cooking.

Embrace your wild side ascending to the summit of Snowdon itself 19 miles away or take a gentler route and ride the mountain railway to fully enjoy the majestic views. Gwydyr Forest adds to the Alpine feel of this remote region, so you’ll feel right at home wrapped in your warmest attire as you navigate this impressive natural playground. Betws-y-Coed is famed for its vast selection of craft shops, boutiques and eateries, and there are opportunities to hire bikes and cycle the various trails nearby too.
