Come together for dinner parties in the impressive dining room, which has an elegant ornamental fireplace and seating for 20 guests. Four of the bedrooms are in the farmhouse, and a further four are in the adjoining barn conversion. Some of the bedrooms have sloping ceilings, so watch out for the restricted head height. The property is set within 0.5 acres of land, surrounded by lush woodland. Children and dogs will love playing on the large lawns, whilst you relax in the sunshine.
There are some excellent family attractions nearby, including the National Showcaves Centre for Wales (11.5 miles). Wander along the 350-million-year-old underground passageways and marvel at the great caverns and waterfalls. Or, pack your buckets and spades and head to Aberavon Beach (19.5 miles) for a traditional day at the seaside, eating ice creams, building sandcastles, and splashing in the sea.
