This delightfully converted granary is set by the side of the owner’s home, with privacy assured. Entering the property via a flight of external stone steps you will find the light and refreshing studio living area, a relaxing open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner/bedroom. With cosy seating and a Smart TV, the lounge is an ideal space in which to unwind, while the kitchen has a useful range of equipment so you can prepare and share a romantic meal in the charming dining area. The room also features a comfortable double bed with a stylish shower room nearby. A very well thought through studio flat for 2 with a clever design that made the kitchen/living space feel ample despite the fact everything was in one room. The view across the Dee estuary was beautiful and the location peaceful. We had an amazing time the location was beautiful and the property had everything you could ever possibly need. Everything is immaculate and to the tiniest detail. It was so peaceful and Mrs Davies was so polite and professional. Truly felt at home! We cannot wait to return!

The hosts of this property were really friendly and helpful The accommodation was spotless and fully equipped, more of a bedsit and ideal for a couple not as we were sisters. The negative side was the photo on the website which I thought showed the water on the other side of the hedge but it was a drive away so disappointed! We received a very warm welcome from Meryl and Ian and the wine, chocolates, Welsh cakes and flowers were much appreciated. Very comfy with superb views over the river Dee.Extremely tranquil for those who just want to chill out but well situated too for trips along the north Wales coast. Wonderful few days, we were lucky enough to stay in the ground floor apartment, which although compact was ideal for a short stay. Meryl, the owner was so kind, there were wonderful touches like fresh flowers and a few welsh goodies to try. The view was out of this world, never to be forgotten.

We have just got back from a relaxing weekend stay. The owner Mrs Davies is so friendly and cant do enough for you. The accommodation was modern and extremely clean. The location was perfect. It was the small things like leaving milk and a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge so you dont need to go the shop on your first day. A beautifull little studio cottage with stunning views of the Dee estuary, Hidden away, around 2 mile from Hollywell town centre, down a single track road, situated on a working farm, this was the perfect place for us to use as a base, whilst exploring the area.
