Lavender Cottage is a fantastic, dog-friendly, five-bedroom holiday cottage in the popular coastal resort of Tenby. Perfect for two families or a large group of friends.

Enjoy a group break in the vibrant, seaside town of Tenby, when you stay at this beautifully presented holiday home. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle, yet just 200 metres from South Beach, the five-bedroom property sleeps up to ten guests and could be ideal for two or three families together. Also welcoming two dogs, it is well placed for anyone eager to walk a stretch of the Pembrokeshire Coast Path.

Step inside to find three storeys of immaculate accommodation. Make your way into the open-plan lounge/diner to prepare hearty breakfasts. Find a few quiet moments to yourself at the table in here before wandering through to the lounge/diner to set the table for a lively holiday dinner together. Recline on the soft seating; play games together or find a film on the Smart TV. You also have a ground-floor shower room. Venture upstairs to discover two super-king-size twin rooms, one of which can be made up as singles if requested in advance, plus a twin. There is also a family shower room. Climb another set of stairs to discover two more super-king-size bedrooms on the second floor. Once again, one of these has zip-and-link beds that can be arranged as twins. Spill out into the courtyard garden on warm days. Share a bottle of wine out here in the evening and light the BBQ. There is limited parking here on the street, subject to availability, but a car park, with charges, is less than 200 metres from the house.

Play golf in Tenby, climb up to the castle or book a boat trip out to see the seals. Browse the independent shops of the town and dine out in cafes and restaurants. Take the children to the Dinosaur Park, 3 miles away, or Manor Wildlife Park, 3.5 miles away.

We had a great stay at Lavender Cottage. Nice & spacious - perfect for our 2 families. Super comfy beds & great to have flexibility of twin or super king in 2 of 5 bedrooms. Very handy having sinks in most bedrooms aswell. Location was perfect - easy walking distance to all beaches, restaurants & shops. Managed to park both our cars on the street oRead moreutside which was a bonus! But Seafront Car park is only a stones throw away & has ample spaces. The welcome hamper was a lovely gesture aswell. 4 adults, 6 children (ages 1 to 14 years) and 2 dogs stayed at the property for 7 nights. The house is deceptively big - at no point did we feel on top of each other. The house was clean and well presented. The beds were really comfortable. The location is the best - 5 mins into town and 5 mins to the nearest 2 beaches. We stayed over Christmas with a house of seven adults, two kids and two dogs. A lovely, well stocked and cared for property, which is much bigger in real life than in the photos - plenty of space for all and no bathroom queues. The location is perfect. Basically 3 mins in any direction takes you to either, all the car parks, South Beach and in to tRead moreown (through the wall), with all the shop, pubs and amenities to hand (only a few minutes extra to North, Harbour and Castle beach). 5 Stars. We had a great week in this lovely house; the welcome basket is a treat and the owners are attentive and super kind. More towels and a garden table are needed. The beds are fab, facilities great (except downstairs shower), location perfect and local beaches lovely. Parking on nearby streets is easy to find, the car park is 60 per week (2023). DininRead moreg room is great for big family meals. I wouldnt take a crawling baby here as the downstairs carpet isnt clean. Overall I recommend this cottage. Hide

Great big house for groups of family or friends, very comfortable beds and bedding, nice large living areas and a good back yard. Location was great with a short walk to both town and beaches, would recommend to friends and would book again if down that way.

We had a fabulous time at Lavender Cottage, it really was a home from home. Communication with the owners was prompt and could not be faulted. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, rooms were airy and spacious, and beds were particularly comfortable. We loved the large kitchen which had a good size fridge/freezer and ample supply of crockery, cutRead morelery, glasses etc. The only negative was the outside space which needs some attention but I have spoken to the owners regarding this. We had a lovely stay in Lavender cottage. Really well positioned for parking, beaches, Tenby, shops. Great sized property and rooms. Really comfortable beds. Good showers. Well appointed throughout. Culver park road was very quiet. Small private back yard.

Lavender Cottage is in a great location near to the beach as well as the town. It is very spacious and comfortable, especially the beds.

This is a really lovely property, elegant furnishings and very comfortable mattresses . It is very close to the South beach sea front. There is some on street parking and a large car park just around the corner . We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return. At one point we managed to lock ourselves out ( entirely our own fault) and both ownRead moreers and agent responded extremely promptly even though it was out of office hours on a Sunday. This was a family reunion for a variety of ages. Tenby has something for everyone. Lavender Cottage is ideally located as close to beaches and the town. Good local restaurants but need to book even though we were early in the season. The property was in very good condition with lots of space and good utilities. Had a great time!
