Pack a picnic and stroll over to the beach from this impressive holiday home in North Wales’s Aberdyfi. Set right opposite the golden sands, the five-bedroom house accommodates 10 guests and also welcomes one happy hound. With five storeys of accommodation, this is the perfect place for a group holiday. It could suit two families keen to escape to the seaside together or a group of friends eager to be based on the coast and also within Snowdonia.

Step straight into the house to find bright, airy accommodation with a fresh, seaside appeal. Settle in the lounge/diner to light the open fire on chilly evenings or play games or watch TV together after each busy day out. Head through to the light kitchen to make a cup of fresh coffee in the machine or to prepare dinner for everyone to enjoy through at the table next door. Discover you have a useful dishwasher and washer/dryer. Make your way down to the lower ground floor to a twin bedroom, with en-suite shower room, and TV and PS4. Head up to the first floor to a super-king-size bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, and a single bedroom, with an en-suite shower room. A king-size bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, is on the second floor, while a twin, also with en-suite bathroom, plus a TV and DVD, is on the third floor. Guests at this house will receive two permits for car parks in Aberdyfi, including the one for the beach opposite.

This is a fantastic house in a perfect location. Love that the enormous bedrooms (with very comfy beds) mostly look out Over the sea. We swam every morning and it was a luxury to be so close to the beach. Fell in love with the peacefulness of Aberdyfi.

3 generations spent Christmas in this five storey house. The basement lounge, bedrooms and bathrooms were a great size. There were excellent views from the property and the house was in a great location with parking across the road and easy access to the beach and village. Fabulous location, v comfortable, great views, lovely to park up the car and be able to walk to beach, shops and the many places to eat. Crabbing always great in Aberdovey, much fun for all ages! What a beautiful house and amazing location. Three generations loved our holiday together and there was something for everyone to do. Could not have asked for a better place to spend our summer break.

3 generation of our family, aged 15 to 90, had a very enjoyable week at Bodfor. Furniture, fixtures and fittings are high quality and comfortable. There was everything we needed in the kitchen and the house was tastefully decorated throughout. Great location for local shops, pubs and restaurants and the lovely beach.
