Immerse yourselves in the stunning natural beauty of Snowdonia when you stay at this detached holiday home about 3 miles from Aberdyfi, in North Wales. Surrounded by mature woodland and set above the spectacular Dyfi Estuary, which flows into the sea at Bae Ceredigion, this three-bedroom holiday home sleeps six guests and also welcomes up to three dogs. Treat yourselves to days on the golden sands of Aberdyfi Beach, walks beside the tranquil estuary and excursions to family attractions in Snowdonia National Park.

Let yourselves in and head into the kitchen to make a cup of tea to enjoy with the Welsh cakes you have bought. Find you have everything you need in here to help you whip up holiday feasts with the fresh produce you have bought. Pause at the breakfast bar for a while before heading through to the lounge/diner to throw open both sets of French windows on sunny days or light the wood burner and watch TV during chiller weather. Find you have a family wet room on the ground floor, plus a single bedroom suitable for guests requiring disabled access. Head upstairs to the family bathroom, with freestanding bath, plus a king-size bedroom, with en-suite shower room. There is also a twin room and a super-king-size at this level. Dine outside on the enclosed terrace on warm days. Find you have parking for three cars at the house.

Discover magical walks through your glorious surroundings. Stroll less than 1 mile through the woodland to reach Lyn Barfog, also known as the Bearded Lake. Drive 12.5 miles to see the Dolgoch Falls and to enjoy a 1-mile circular walk through the valley in which they nestle. Have a day out to Corris, 11.5 miles away, where the children will love King Arthur’s Labyrinth King Arthur’s Labyrinth.

Lovely lodge with stunning views, well equipped, the beds were very comfortable, lovely village a few miles down the road with some very nice places to eat and a great beach, we took our 3 dogs and they all loved it and were exhausted every day, having a border collie and 2 spaniels exhausting them is no mean feat. Beautiful location, stunning views. Would recommend to anyone wanting to explore North Wales. We had a fantastic time. Cottage was lovely and cosy.

Lovely cottage with amazing views. Close to the road but you couldn't hear it particularly and this meant easy to get out and about in the local area.

The owners were really lovely, the place itself was well located.....just isolated enough but not too far from the town either, with really good views across the estuary. Loads of space, well maintained and comfortable. Would happily re-book another time.

A great home from home and spacious house. It is well equipped with everything you could possibly need. A good location for exploring this part of Wales. Seating outside to enjoy the view. Just a little noisy re traffic as it is quite close to the road. Would definitely recommend this place as a base but you need a car to access shops/pubs etc

Wonderful cottage, tarmac driveway, and all gated so nice and safe for children and dogs. Beds are very comfy, lovely clean bedding and towels. Logs are available behind the cottage where washing/drying machine are. Downstairs single bedroom +wetroom a plus. Beautiful views from patio. Sofa very uncomfortable also not enough seating for 7 people. FRead morerying burnt so unusable. Dept time 9.30 Strip beds and hoover, so let a day early to avoid having mad rush on morning Cleaning needs to be improved. Hide

The cottage was wonderful and the photos do not do it justice as it has recently had a new slate patio with metal railings so you get a good view of the estuary from the patio and the lounge, also the driveway is now tarmac with gated access. We would highly recommend any one staying here.
