Situated on the outskirts of the bustling seaside village of Aberdyfi (also known as Aberdovey), the property overlooks the resort’s popular championship golf course, making it a great holiday base for keen golfers as well as water sports fans, anglers and walkers eager to explore the stunning southern reaches of Snowdonia. Featuring a large, shared lawn and a balcony overlooking the golf course, this delightful reverse-level getaway is perfect for families, friends and couples seeking a relaxing holiday escape.

Entering this bright and welcoming property, head upstairs where you will find the tastefully decorated, light-filled open-plan lounge/diner. Featuring large windows, a wood burner effect electric fire, a TV and plenty of seating, the lounge makes an ideal space for everyone to settle down, watch a movie or chat into the night. On the other side of the stairwell, the dining area is perfect for sharing all your favourite meals which you can enjoy cooking in the nearby galley-style kitchen. Back downstairs, the ground floor has a refreshing family bathroom, a pretty twin bedroom, a bunk bedroom suitable for children, and a lovely en-suite king-size bedroom. From the lounge, patio doors lead onto the large balcony which is an ideal space for dining alfresco or enjoying a glass or two of wine on a warm evening. Going outside, the shared garden has plenty of space for children to run about and play.

With opportunities for paddleboarding, kayaking, canoeing, and windsurfing, Aberdyfi offers a fantastic range of activities and has a variety of restaurants, shops and friendly pubs. As well as golf, guests can head down to the glorious beach, go fishing or swimming, or head into the mountains of the southern stretches of the magnificent Snowdonia National Park.

Wonderful views, and the best night's sleep I've had in a long time. I did not need to worry about the railway line being close. The location was perfect, we sat out on the balcony and ate breakfast in the sun, Aberdyfi itself is a wonderful holiday destination too. I would most definitely come back!

Second time here - fabulous as ever, great location with a short walk across the golf course & sand dunes to the beach. The beach is outstanding and very quiet. The house is very well equipped and Im sure we will return again.

This holiday home is situated close to many attractions and great scenic journeys. It is a short walk into Aberdyfi/Aberdovey or car parking free for 45 minutes at the roadside. Reasonable fees in the central car park also. The town offers a variety of eateries and gift shops. We visited the Aberdyfi Osprey Project and the Talyllyn Railway, both ofRead more which offered great days out. There is a good train service from the local station. Fab, well equipped property in great location. Very quiet. Recently updated bathrooms was an added bonus. Ideally situated for getting out and about on foot or by car, bus or train. Would love to return again soon!

Such a lovely cottage, lovely views, excellent outside space. Furnished to a high standard, very well equipped. About 10 minutes to the beach across sand dunes. About 15 minutes walk into town where you can access playground, pubs, chip shop and stores from here you can also access the beach without the dunes climb. Absolutely FANTASTIC rental! The 2 bathrooms are brand new (June 2022), very luxurious with great showers. The lounge is upstairs and is light and airy with glorious views over Aberdovey Golf Couse. The house is quiet, despite a nearby road and railway. It's a flat 10 minute walk to a superb little store/PO and another 5 minutes to the centre with Read moregood restaurants. WiFi is excellent. There IS a dishwasher, a washing machine, a large fridge/freezer and a very well equipped kitchen. Perfect! Hide
